Storari experience behind Milan return – Montella

Vincenzo Montella explained that Marco Storari s experience was the reason AC Milan signed the 40-year-old goalkeeper until the end of the season.

Storari, who previously spent time at Milan from 2007 to 2010, re-joined the club from Cagliari on Tuesday, with shot-stopper Gabriel going the other way on loan until the end of June.

Veteran Storari left Juventus for Cagliari in July 2015 having won four Serie A titles playing as second choice to Gianluigi Buffon in Turin.

And he will now serve as deputy to Milan s teenage keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.

I have known Storari for a long time, we wanted to send Gabriel out on loan to play and then we learned of this possibility, coach Montella said at a media conference.

Bale to hold Lopetegui talks

According to Sky Sports, Gareth Bale is set to hold talks with Julen Lopetegui about his future at Real Madrid.

Since he moved to Santiago Bernabeu from Tottenham Hotspur for a world-record transfer fee in 2013, Bale has struggled with injuries, and even though he had scored several absolutely vital goals for the club, he had lost his place in the starting XI under Zinedine Zidane.

However, he made a huge impact coming on from the bench in the Champions League final against Liverpool by scoring two spectacular goals to secure the 13th European crown for Real, and after the final whistle he cast a doubt over his days in the white shirt continuing further.

Meanwhile, Zidane left his post and Lopetegui is now taking over, and with the sale of Cristiano Ronaldo to J…

Rabiot to demand €10million per year

Adrien Rabiot s current deal with Paris Saint-Germain is set to expire next summer, and it seems highly unlikely the midfielder will be signing a new one. He will therefore be free to talk to clubs around Europe from January 2019, and Mundo Deportivo claim he will demand a salary of €10million per year, which amounts to just over €192,000 per week.

Barring a half-season loan to Toulouse, Rabiot has spent his entire career at PSG so far, having been promoted to the first team in 2012 by Carlo Ancelotti. He had made 208 appearances in all competitions for the French champions prior to the start of this season, scoring 22 goals in the process.

At the age of 23, he is already a complete and highly versatile midfield player who will have no shortage of potential suitors …
